Lakeview Apartments is a four building complex which is situated on 106th and 107th Streets between Fifth and Madison Avenues. There are 446 apartments, two laundry facilities, two community centers, on-site management office and three superintendents, of which two live on the premises. Garage space and a playground for our children are also part of our complex. Lakeview has 24-hour security and sits across the street from the Central Park, which ranges from 59th to 110th North and South of the City.

Lakeview was sold by Mount Sinai Hospital and purchased by the Seavey Organization where they developed the Mitchell-Lama complex. Construction of the buildings were completed in the mid 1970's.

Our apartments range from one to four bedrooms and many of them have terraces. We have several commercial spaces - drug store, supermarket, dryer cleaners and dentist office, which are located from 106th to 107th Streets and Madison Avenue. We also have a senior citizen medical facility located at 4 East 107th Street.

The neighborhood has improved over the years and new construction is being built everyday in the surrounding area.

There are three elementary schools nearby as well as a junior high, a high school and a daycare center, which is right across the street. Various banks, wireless stores and other shopping are within walking distance.

We are near the 2, 3 and 6 subway lines and the 1, 2, 3, 4, 100,101,102 bus lines.
